In the previous versions of Candybar, the popular icon management solution for Mac, the inaccurate icon size slider failed miserably at getting certain values without a considerable amount of frustration. Luckily, the guys over at Panic heard my prayers and introduced an input field to address this issue.
The moral of the story is that lest you are dealing exclusively with predefined values, you can never go wrong with an input field along your slider.
